Crystallized Berries
and White Chocolate Roses
Maureen and Rob’s wedding cake was made up of tiers of poppyseed cake filled with a fresh raspberry sauce and a traditional carrot cake frosted with whipped cream cheese frosting. We used fresh berries and crystallized them, white chocolate roses and a blue ribbon to match their colors and flowers.
