White Chocolate Present

Juliane and Rico requested a light chiffon cake filled with vanilla pastry cream, fresh blackberry sauce and whipped cream, frosted wit Italian meringue buttercream. The cake is wrapped in white chocolate and decorated with white chocolate roses and petals. White roses were used in the bridal bouquet and wedding centerpieces.
