Seashell Truffles Cake

Genni and Mike asked for an ocean theme cake. The seashells are made from white chocolate and filled with a bittersweet chocolate and hazelnut ganache. The cake is a white chocolate chiffon filled with layers of bittersweet, semisweet and milk chocolate ganache.
